  2. 1. That's ego depletion, instead of to convincing yourself to simple try harder a more methodical approach is suggested.
    2. Get started, because before to start the brain visualize the hardest part to come and focuses on small mindless tasks. Deliberately practice, focus in the hardest task and focus the energy in packets. Organize the effort in periods of intense work followed by breaks. Having a disciplined scheduling. Stop multitasking, because it is much less productive, instead of that do a list of the future action plan. Split up the large task into smaller size ones
    3. It's when you don't finish a task and you feel uncomfortable and intrusive thoughts about it.
    4. With that you will be more likely to complete your task.
    5. It's a chart that documents the progress, write on it the time span and the activities that you complete during this time, that allows to evaluate the work.

    This the action to do something harder with the goal to finish it, buy according with the video “The Science of Productivity” it isn’t enough because it isn’t inexhaustible
    What are the main steps of productivity?
    It’s convince yourself to simply try harder, but with a methodical approach. Follow these
    • Get start it!
    • Brain visualize the hardest part to come and focus to avoid mindless tasks (distractions).
    • Time management
    • Giving yourself a deadline
    • Document your progress
    • Evaluate your work
    • Stop multitasking
    • At night do a do list to the next day (break your goal in small activities) an focus to complete it an avoid multiple activities

    What is the Zeigarnik effect?
    It is the sensation or feeling discomfort respect to our unfinished task, and choice avoid those task

    How does a deadline influences in your productivity?
    This help us to have a discipline routine

    What is an accountability chart?
    That is a helpful tool to document our progress. It look like a chart with two columns, where you write on one of them the time that you expend, and on the other the activities that you accomplish during this time.
